Returns Period

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Condition of Returned Items

Unused and in their original condition.

Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories where applicable.

Adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on stock availability.
